You are prohibited from: • Uploading any contents that infringe intellectual property or privacy rights. • Attempting to disrupt, disable, or hack the security infrastructure of TaskOrbit. • Deploying automated scraping, crawling, or extraction scripts without authorization. • Sharing workspace invite codes or access credentials with unauthorized external parties.

To use certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration details. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account credentials, and you accept sole responsibility for all actions and activities that occur under your account.

TaskOrbit and its original contents, logos, code, designs, features, and brand colors are and will remain the exclusive property of TaskOrbit and its licensors. Our trademarks, logos, and layouts may not be copied or used in connection with any third-party product or service without our prior written consent.

In no event shall TaskOrbit, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the service.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of our company headquarters, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
